On my front page you'll notice that there is a link that reads "Madhatterr Games" near the top center area. When in Webmaster mode it doesn't show me where I can find this to delete it.

I really don't want that large white space or link at the top, I'd like to (ideally) have my graphic map moved up to the top of that space but I can't remember how I did this on our other website.

Any help you can give would be REALLY appriciated!!!

Webmaster is (I hate to say it) best used in IE. Make sure you have the status bar turned on (View > Status Bar) and any pop-up blocking software turned off, then when you mouseover it should reveal the .tpls location.

The link that you refer to is commonly known as the breadcrumb and it is found at skin1/location.tpl

To remove the breadcrumb find your skin1/customer/home.tpl file and locate the line...
{include file="location.tpl"}

and {* comment *} it out

That worked wonders. I was using IE when I worked on the other site (way back when we started it) so that was likely where the problem stemmed from. But the path to where I could find the code was dot on too.
