Editing Site Colors Help

Default Editing Site Colors Help
I am trying to edit the following items with no luck in finding in the skin1.css.

1: The thin blue lines that surround most of evey thing

2: The defualt blue header boxes for the product headings, featured products,

3: The color of the buttons surrounding the add to cart, buy now, ect.

Are they images or controled by the skin1.css?

If you are using Firefox browser you can install this plugin which will really save you a lot of time.
