Where do I drop this javascript?

We just set up an affiliate program and it is asking:

This JavaScript code should be placed into the <BODY> ... </BODY> section
of every your page that will be a target of your banners/links.

Thoughts?

Will puttng the code also translate over to the product pages? I have to put the code into every page that is going to accept incoming traffic and we will be pushing people to actual product pages too-

Does the product page file have<body></body> tags?

Customer/home.tpl controls the whole site. Put it there, it shows up everywhere.
