Hello,

Could someone please tell me how to move my logo at the top, left hand corner of the screen over to the left a little more? There's a blank area to the left of the logo that I'd like to reduce.

crcool, please be sure to read which forum you are posting in, this is clearly a template editing question, so I'm moving it to the Template Editing forum.

Have a look at head.tpl, you'll see the code for the logo. Depending on your skin, you'll probably need to remove the table cell spacing it to the right.

Thanks balinor, I was thinking "New Installation" because that's what this is.

It's doesn't appear to be in head.tpl. There's nothing before the logo that I'm aware of.

It isn't 'New Installation' it is Installation and setup, which covers installing the cart and configuring it. Changing the look and feel questions go in Storefront Design and Template Editing

Post your head.tpl, as you are using an older version of the cart that not all of us remember so well

Look at this class in skin1.css and remove the left padding:

I also trying to do this. I am doing what balinor says - remove the left padding from skin1.css
this is what i have
.HeadLogo {
PADDING-LEFT: 27px;
TEXT-ALIGN: left;

And when i remove it

.HeadLogo {

TEXT-ALIGN: left;
it does not do anything to the logo.

Be sure to clear your template cache after you make the change - you can do this via your Summary screen or by running yourdomain.com/cleanup.php. Also refresh your browser multiple times, sometimes it 'sticks'.

Sometimes it's an easy oversight.... don't forget to close it with a }
