![]() Hi,
My shoe products have variants for size and colour. Is there some code that when a different colour is selected (i.e. different from the image displayed), the cart page can display a thumbnail of the colour selected from the colour dropdown box and the product description gets updated. This sounds a big ask or how is everyone handling this?

In your variant setup, and an image per variant. Quote:
BUT -- if you sell shoes, and the "only" difference in the variant is the color, wouldn't a unique product image be sufficient? I guess what I'm saying, if the variant requires a unique description, it's not really a variant, is it? Try adding variant images.

![]() Thanks Carp. It is a good point you made. Silly me put the colour of the shoe in the product name. For example:- Brown Suede Jolie T1 high heels. The things you do when you are inexperienced......
If I use a more generic product name without the colour, adding an image should be fine.
