Default Edit system Emails
I found the folder with all of the system emails, but it's all in PHP and does not actually have the text that's on the email - how can I access them and make edits? There are a few I would like to modify.

Those messages are stored in templates under skin1/mail

All of the e-mail text is in your 'Languages' area.
