no area to edit in webmaster mode | |||

![]() When I start webmaster mode then open customer area in new window - I can not edit the area. I can edit the Welcome Label - but, the area beneath that does not react - the entire homepage is blank (I used to have a lot of info there - but it disappeared as well). Please help - www.gotrisports.com

![]() I have the same problem. I believe it happened because I didn't close webmaster mode after saving changes and there is something still open. I don't know where or how to fix this. There is a warning in the webmaster page that tells you to be sure to close it webmaster mode after making edits, but I suspect the page was just closed and subsequent attempts to close have been unsuccessful. The process is session oriented, which suggests there is an unclosed session. Let me know if you figure out how to fix this please. I have at least two critical pages which are lost to me - possibly for this reason.
