I would like to basically make a cheesy version of this that just searches keywords.

I want to have a pulldown that selects year, a static make pulldown (I'll only need maybe 10 makes on my site), and then a text box where they enter the model.

I want it to then use the year+make+model to search as if they had just typed it in the basic search bar. I know I can probably do this with some sort of form, but really haven't the first clue on where I would start. Can anyone advise what the form syntax might look like?

That's actually alot more than I am looking for. I'm not wanting to use a module or add-on, just looking to create a simple form that uses the existing search fucntions in x-cart.
