What's this happening?..............Help

Hi,

Please see and tell me which page is this.

I have been referring customer/main/checkout.tpl and it seems it is the exact page But when i am making changes to the page they are not happening. I am confused.

This page appears when you click on checkout link of cart.tpl page.

try anonymous_checkout.tpl - look exactly the same - had me foxed a while back.
