Default I want to checnge this message...
On the last page of the checkout there is this line just before the submit button...

Clicking "SUBMIT" you agree with our "Terms & Conditions" and "Privacy statement".

I have been looking all morning, and can't seem to find the file to edit this. I want to make it more bold and center it...

Anyone know where is is?

I believe that would be the txt_terms_and_conditions_note in your languages section.

There you go... I found only after looking for the word "clicking".
