I can not find where to edit the company's information that gets included on an invoice. I've looked at "General settings-Company options" but that is not where I can change a "toll-free" line or an "International" phone number. I'd appreciate any help, thank you.

Those are language variables. Just open up the 'Languages' section and search for Toll-free or Phone in the Labels section.

One more question, please. On the e-mailed invoice, the company's store address, phone number, etc. are in the upper right hand corner (flush right). The zip code is coming before the state, is that something I can change?

Yes, just edit the template: mail/html/order_invoice.tpl
