Default Membership levels and registration
How do I remove the membership dropdown from the registration page given the following:

We have 4 membership levels, three of which are paid memberships which also have discount benifits.

We want all customers to register before they can checkout.

disable annonymous checkout - Y

moderate signup for membership - N
