How can I remove product description from cart ?
When I add product to cart I want to would like to have just the product image and not the description.

You'll need to edit customer/main/cart.tpl and remove this little bit of code:

{$products[product].descr}

try skin1/customer/main/cart.tpl

line 29

remove or comment out:
{$products[product].descr}
