I am wondering how you go about making it so a customer has to click a check box on the last page of check out. For instance I want to make it so they have to click that they have read the terms. Thanks.

sure ive done this before on an old version and have the code somewhere. ill see if i can fish it out

I actually need to do something similar. Except in my case, I need to create a radio button, with 3 options, for the user to select before the order is finished. The results of the selection needs put onto our invoice...

Did you ever figure out how to do the check-box? I imagine a radio-button would not be much more difficult...
