![]() Hello,
This relates to my last post regarding our new fulfillment company that requires our order notification emails to contain certain information in order for their systems to read it correctly. Here's the situation: Several of the items we sell are T-shirts, and of course they come in different sizes. I added product options so the customer can choose a particular size. I would like to be able to have a different SKU for each size T-shirt, so that a short sleeved Large would have a different SKU than a short sleeved Small. I believe you can do this using product variants, but when I click on "product variants," it just says "variants list is empty." Anyone know how do do what I'm trying to do? Much thanks, |

![]() When you do your product options, in the drop down box, change it from modifier to variant

![]() Thanks. I actually just figured that part out in the past 10 minutes, but don't know how to apply this now to do what I want.
In other words, I can create a variant, but don't know exactly what should go in the text boxes and then how to make it so when someone chooses a short sleeve small, it has its own SKU. Do you also have to use "exceptions?" thanks, |
