Hello,

Our fulfillment staff uses their proprietary computer system to break down the order emails received from our web store. In order for them to know what shipping method to use, we have to configure our notification email to reflect the codes they already have in place.

For example:
1. Instead of "FedEx Ground," it has to now be "FDXGRND-US"
2. Instead of "FedEx Express Saver," it has to now be "FDXEXPS-US"

Make sense?

So how do I go about editing the templates (which template?) so these new codes will be reflected on the order notification emails? I just upgraded our store to 4.0.6 and it is currently closed until I can get this worked out.

If you just need to change the names id first look at the laguages in the cart admin and search for any occurences of them, then id use something phpmyadmin to go into the database and take a look at the xcart_shipping & xcart_shipping_tables

I'm afraid that if I change all of the ids, that it will also change them for the customer whenever they are trying to choose their shipping method during the ordering process. This may confuse the customer as they may not understand what "FDXGRND-US" stands for.

Is there anyway to ensure it changes these ids ONLY on the order notification email and NOT for the drop down shipping choice menu?
