Hiya, does anyone know who the owner of the website firetanksoftware.com is?

I made a purchase on their website for the RSS 2.0 X-cart export Feed on the 23rd of January and i still havent got my download link this is my PAYPAL transaction :

ID Number 16798991DM7929444

I made a payment of Total Amount: -$39.95 USD via their website and im still waiting for the download link, so that i can use the software i have paid for, i have emailed them 6 or 7 times now and have still got no reply from them yet

Does anyone know how i can get in touch with the owner of the website, they took my money but i have not got what i paid for.

I also had problems with their slowness in responding to customers. I found 01415767848 is his phone number (Angelo Pliatsikas). Thats a UK phone number if you want to try.

I still havnt got my download link, i placed the order on the 23rd of january its been 14 days!, i have been calling this company firetanksoftware.com non stop for the past couple of days, hes not picking up, hes leaving me no choice but to report him to paypal authorities.

has anybody else downloaded from this website? can you please tell me if he has any contact details, i have been dialing this number +44 1415767848 and this email which i got via they paypal Business Contact Information info@firetank.net support@firetank.net sales@firetank.net

I'm sorry you appear to be having problems contacting us, I've emailed you several times as we recieved your emails, we appear to have a problem contacting you please ensure our emails aren't ending up in your spam catcher or junk mail, you ordered our software but didn't enter a domain name to license the software to.

Please private message me on this forum your domain name so I can allocate your software license to you, or send another email to our helpdesk via our contact us page, we're recieving your emails you just don't seem to be recieving our replies for some reason.

I'm afraid that number isn't for firetank software and is from our old office.

We recently moved offices, hosting and helpdesk systems (over decemeber/january), it appears several threads and email requests were lost in the process. If anyone else has had problems please resubmit your requests to us and please ensure our domains firetank.net and firetanksoftware.com are on your whitelists/friends lists.
