Im not sure on how to do this one so any pointers would be appreciated.

Basically we use protx vspdirect on our site which enables us to take the card details on our site which then gets pushed to protx securley.
On the occasion that a payment fails the customer is returned to our site and a error code and message is shown for example

Reason: Status: Authorisation declined by bank. - Message : DECLINED (NOTAUTHED)  (AVS/CVV2: {ALL MATCH})
CVV info: 3 digit(s) / 

what I need to do is add a little message underneath saying

"if this is your second failed attempt at payment please consider using the pay via paypal option, on rare occasions there may be a glitch with normal credit card transactions and you can now use paypal with your normal credit/debit card without the need for a paypal account, if your payment also fails with paypal please contact your card issuing bank"

All I did for mine regarding extra instructions, was edit the err_payment_declined_order to read:

Order processing error !


The payment processor has declined your order. Likely reasons include an incorrect expiry date or incorrect CVV2 number -please go back and double check these before submitting again.

That's the easy way!

is this a .tpl file or a language entry? If a file, where is it?
