Default CSS Font size
Anyone change their font sizes to common values (ie. 1, 2, 3) versus the default X-Cart pixel based font display?

Anything I should watch out for?

Using the pure HTML font sizes (1-7) the font size is still susceptible to being changed by the user's browser. In IE, it's View -> Text Size. This can break your design if they have the font size turned up too high. Of course, by the same token, using a fixed font size probably frustrates the visually impaired customers.
