Default File Permissions
Hi,

What level of permission (z.B. 644, 666, 777...) should the file have after making changes and uploading them to the server?

read the INSTALL file that is included or just execute install.php from your site, www.example.com/xcart/install.php as it will tell you what permissions to set files too.
