I am using X-SpecialOffers and did manage to remove the Special Offers from the bottom of the page.

I like having the Need Help? at the bottom of the page, but I would like to
1. Remove the link to Help Zone page
2. Add a link for Password Recovery

I've looked through so many files, including the bottom menu file and the help menu files but I can't find where to change this part of the site.

(1) remove the help link in customer/help/menu.tpl file

(2) /help.php?section=Password_Recovery

oh duh; i swear i looked at the customer/help/menu.tpl file a kazillion times. I guess I didn't look enough or look close enough. Thank you
