Ok, So this is a bit of a sophomoric question but....I can't figure out how to change the button images such as the "add to cart button" in 4.2. Can anyone offer some guidance on this?

Have a look at skin1/customer/buttons/button.tpl to get you started

Hi,

Thank you for the suggestion. When I look at the file, I only see the left and right edges of the button, not the center background, and I didn't see the background in the style sheet either. Am I overlooking something painfully simply?

Here's another way to help - use Firebug to see exactly which classes it references.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm using firefox 3 and tried this before posting. For some reason, I don't get the option to inspect element when I mouse over the button.
