webmaster mode - error on page

Default webmaster mode - error on page
When I open a new customer window in webmaster mode - my storefront window opens, but loads with the "error on page" message at bottom toolbar - and I am unable to edit or utilize webmaster mode editing. Any insight? Thanks - AO

"Error on page"
The page loads fine - but, I am unable to get the text editing window to appear when I select the text or label.

It is a javascript error, so click on it in IE so thatt you can see what the error is.

error - 'catprefix' is undefined

this is what i can determine after double clicking the "error on page" icon and showing details of error message - make sense?

It could be a bug with your version, as that doesn't happen on a fresh install of the current stable release. I'd suggest upgrading to at least 4.1.8, as that was the first 'stable' branch of 4.1.
