I am setting up an XCart site for the first time. My client would like a non-logged in user to see the products with the List Price only and for them to not be able to purchase anything without logging in. The reason for this is that they will then contact their wholesaler who logs in and purchases the products (at the discounted price). I have disabled anonymous checkout so that you have to log in to purchase which is working great. However the non-logged in user still sees the discounted price.

Is it possible for me to setup the site in this way? Otherwise I could put the full price in the Price field and try and apply a discount for the wholesaler? However there are different prices for each product for the wholesale user.

Well, there are options to set wholesale pricing, and I think that would only apply to users who have wholesale membership. You can also set your store to moderated membership so that the customer has to be "approved".
