Make a pull down menu for the horizontal categories

Default Make a pull down menu for the horizontal categories
Does anyone know how to make a pull down menu for the sub categories to be placed when the user mouse over on the horizontal categories bar. Just like how xcart made the fancy vertical categories. I would like to apply that to my horizontal categories. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it in hor_categories.tpl?
