Make an unlimited use Coupon with the users tax id as the cupon #.

I have not found a way to not tax wholesale and tax everyone eles.
Unless you set a tax to "all" the nonmember will not be taxed.

Is there a way to make everyone that becomes a level as soon as they
fill out the member form.
Eather that or in the tax area we need a slection for the person that does not pick a level on sign up.
