Change 'Administrator' name for default multivendor account

Default Change 'Administrator' name for default multivendor account
In my multivendor store when somebody checks out with an item I listed (as store owner) and something from a vendor the fast lane shipping shows the vendor's name for their shipping, and 'Administrator' for mine.

How can I change that to the store's name or something eles?
