USPs module missing zones

Default USPs module missing zones
ok I feel I am really just missing something here in xcart 5.3.3.4 with USPS module 5.3.2.2

I cannot find where to setup zones

Zones are under "store setup > countries, states and zones"

Yeah I have the zones setup fine but can't seem to setup what zones would use USPS, I have free shipping and can select the zones that works for but on USPS module I don't see anyway to set zones is it defaulted to all zones?

Oh so you want to restrict which states USPS shipping should be allowed to?
Well you can't. You can for the user-defined methods but not for the real-time ones.

Countries is restricted by the shipping methods you activate. But you cannot restrict states by applying zones. If you need this functionality you have to get it custom coded.

You also cannot restrict shipping by membership.
