I install a copy of xcart5.3.2.7

Is it normal--unable to sign in/sign up on home page?

"sign in/sign up" will not pop up if to hit the button on home page.

It will pop up if to hit the button on other pages.

No, it is not normal.
I've checked my local 5.3.2.7 installation and it work properly, the online demo works correctly too.

Do you see any error messages in the var/log/ directory?
