I want to change it so instead of saying 'Categories', it says 'Browse Manufactures'. I am looking around at the templates and I don't see anywhere where I can change this.

all text is stored in the database as language variables.

look at the languages section in your admin area

check the forum faq etc for plenty more tips if your new

Thanks, but if I do change the word 'categories' in the database, and that word is used somewhere else, isn't it also going to change there? I have seen some sites where people have even replaced the menu title with an image, so there must be another way to do this.
