Hopefully I can get this going with help from you.

1. I have control of user that enter the store via a secure portal and when they get to the store I want to make sure they do not register again

2. I setup all users. However sometimes mistakes happen and if they are not logged in and go to check out the user gets the following
Please enter your Name and Address then click "Continue" below before selecting Shipping and Payment Method.
If you already have an account please Sign In

Of course the form is there.

It appears I can edit these two pages and remove the form. But what happens if the user wants to update her address or change shipping address.

What is the best way to eliminate a person from registering or signing up to the store.

As mentioned I am the only one that can sign-up a user and I add all the information for each user.

Any and all help would be great.
