Default backup database?
How exactly do I backup the database?
I have a few options when I click on "Backup Database" (screenshot)
and I don't know what the next step should be.

Click Generate SQL file, and see what happens. It should start a download of the db.

You can check the box, and it will store the backup file on the server.

Better do not use XC backup link in admin - it will back up only XC tables skipping any 3rd party tables. use phpmyadmin directly or do this - http://forum.x-cart.com/showthread.php?t=52535&highlight=backup - if you want to use XC backup link
