Can anyone verify if the 4.3.2 RMA Credit Status area is functioning properly, where a refund amount is listed and can be changed, and the create word is present and clickable after the status has been changed to Refund Authorized?

Not sure if I have fouled the code, but this area is blank no matter what refund status is selected/listed.

Also, I am not clear about the Confirmed function selection box under Returned Items. I would assume that the number of returned items would be entered when a return shipment is received, but then what? I do not find documentation discussing this new function/operation.

For the Refund Credit Status area to function, the Gift Certificate Module needs to be activated.
