I went to the customer directory and tried to add a new file called privacy.php. The admin said the operation was successful but there was no file in that directory to link to. What am I doing wrong? If I create a file with a .tpl extension, will the template engine parse it? If so, how do I create the file that will be called in the browser? I am guessing this can all be handled in the admin but I'm not sure how it all works.
