So QT integrated Quantum Gateway InLine Frame payment page into 4.4.x. (http://www.quantumgateway.com/developer.php). I won't get into details how ugly the QG page is (it is not something QT can change) so let's see what QT did. They put the page into separate page which is blank, has nothing from the store on it. Somebody correct me if I am wrong please but I thought the whole point of having the InLine Frame is so you integrate it ON the payment page so customers don;t feel like they are leaving the site. The url doesn't change yes but the way 4.4.x integrates it is: you go to checkout and fillout all the info in exception of CC info and click on "Submit Order" which takes you to a new blank white page with only the iFrame payment page on it. What's the point of it? With the same success I can just use their Web-based payment page, it will change the url yes but the iFrame right now also looks like leaving the store to process payment.
It is just ridiculous. If you can't make something right don't even try.

So no response from QT about this? Please someone. Or should I post it as a bug?

Yes it is hideous, I have been setting it up, too. I got a quote to have the payment-wait page edited to look like the site for $99. Might try to do it myself instead.

I have also contacted the Quantum people about seeing if they can at least offer the option to customize the form with css so that it can look like the site. If you harass them about it too, maybe they would move forward with it?

I doubt you can do anything about the form itself as this form comes directly from QG. Maybe some js to sent css classes/properties it then someone may say you are tampering the form as the whole idea of using it is to put your cart outside the pa-dss scope.
I'll give them another day to response and then I will post it as a bug in 4.4.1. I hope for some intelligent answer or explanation from QT
