Hi, I want to get rid of the "Terms & Conditions" option store-front wide. I have deleted the text easy enough but the category still show up as an option under the Help Section, just below the Privacy statement. I know I must be missing something simple but I just can't figure out what. Thank you!

Edit help/general.tpl and remove this bit:
