I am using RubyMods FedEx rates & labels for x-cart. Mostly, I'm using it to reduce the time it takes me to process orders, as I do all my order pack & shipping after I get home from the job that earns me money and the kids go to bed... I'm sure you know the feeling. ANYWAY. For that, it works great so far - just need to get it integrated with the Zebra printer.

The issue I'm having is - when this module is active, FedEx Ground no longer appears as a shipping option. This is the case even when I have a business address entered as the shipping address... Can anyone please direct me to where I should look to fix this? As others have mentioned, RubyMods has a big delay in answering support questions.

Correction: it worked before installing the RubyMods Fedex module, but now, even when I have the module as inactive, FedEx Ground does not appear. I have checked my shipping methods, and it IS set to active there... Weird.

Sorry, I should have posted this all at once... it shows up for zip 33146, but not 33155 or 33143. These are all in the same county/city. Any help would be much appreciated!

Seems there is shipping address validation. If I put the STE # on address line 1, it doesn't validate the address. Even though FedEx Shipping Manager can validate it - it just fixes it to two lines. Any suggestions on how to make this clearer for the customer? I always put everything on one line.

And, why does Home Delivery still show for these business addresses?

Sorry, with RubyMods - FedEx Ground still doesn't appear, even with the STE on line 2 and the correct zip for address...
