Does anyone know if you can create a drop down box as an extra field?

A client would like to see drop down box with the Month as the options.
They are using the cart as an online order for their promotional products that their reps can place orders for once a month.
They just wanted to have the rep select order for month of "June" as they enter checkout.

To realize this should be used - "Product Option".

"extra field" - are only the information field.

Just add the months as a product option with a price modifier. All you have to do is not assign a price adjustment and it will just show up on the invoice without changing the price.
