Default Adding to Help Menu
I would like to add "Payment & Shipping" to the Help Menu. When I tried to create a new static page, it said that I had no write permissions. I then went to File Manager to look for skin1/pages/US but cannot find that directory!

What can I do now? (I am quite ignorant of computer language although I have been learning loads in the past one month! Thanks in advance.

Create the directory via FTP (you can't do this via he X-Cart admin) - set it to writable (666)
