When using my shopping cart the background colors are not right.

For the main part of the site I've been able to have a colored background on either side with white in the middle of the screen where the text is.

You can see what I mean when something is in your cart at http://bellaphotojewelry.com/cart.php. I obviously want the same look as the rest of the site with the white background.

Anyone know what I need to change in the cart?

Two things - in Firefox, the white background doesn't go all the way down to the green bar. And for the cart, that is the fast lane checkout - completely different set of templates.
