Where do i change the background head?

on the old 4.1.7 had the head.tpl that let me put stregh there but now does not show like before on 4.1.9 version. So where can i put the pic as my backgroud. Any one want to help me with this STUPID question?

Simply add a background image to the style that controls the header, or add your own. head.tpl is the template.
