Default Where to define faq link address under HELP page？
I looked all over the templates, and could not find where to change the default FAQ link address under the HELP page.

Start by looking in skin1/help/general.tpl that is where the link is - but it is a button - so depending on what you are doing - you can either swap out the button, or edit the href on that button I think.
