I dont want the dialog box header to read discount doe but soemthing else, which template do I edit?

I could be wrong, but I think it's a language label. Edit the languages in the admin - or go into webmaster mode and then just click on the label in the store and the edit window will pop-up and you can edit it directly.

When editing the labels in laguages area do you edit the DESCRIPTION BOX or the VALUE BOX?
