Default Changing the text of "Delivery Method"
Greetings,

When a customer is viewing their cart, I'd like to change the text "Delivery Method:" to something else like "Shipping Estimate" or along those lines. We are not requiring customers to log in to make purchases.

I can't seem to find where I can do this.

Any ideas welcome!
