![]() Hi All,
I am currently looking at the best option to set the width for my site by modifying customer/home.tpl The width was set at 100% by default which results in stretching the site in excess when viewing the site at higher resolutions i.e. With a 22" monitor. I have modified customer/home.tpl to set the width at 1100px, however this means that the site does not fit the page on lower resolution i.e. Laptop with 15" display. Does anyone know of a mod to best combat the site width? Maybe there is a mod available that sets the site width at 100% but maximum 1100 Pixels? Any help is appreciated. James

![]() The overall width is controlled initially by the rectangle_top.tpl template.

![]() Either use fluid (100%) or a fixed width that will fit the majority of today's browsers. We are currently using 950px, which fits nicely on a 1024x768 resolution and accounts for some side menus or the screen not maximized.
