Have you tried any of the contact links? all are within the shop, so all you get is

"Sorry, the shop is inaccessible temporarily. Please try again later."

I have sent emails to the address the order confirmation came from, posting here was a last resort before I complain to my credit card company.

I've been trying to purchase from their site and it was giving me that same message on 2/3/07. Since the store was closed I looked around and purchased the mod from WebsiteCM. Still haven't gotten the keys or dl instructions yet. Contacted WebsiteCM about this and haven't heard anything yet. Decided to email Cart-lab with the email above. It just came back as undeliverable. Something is wrong here it seems.

Does anyone know anything about this? Is cart-lab still in business?

Hmm that's quite odd. In my experience those mod vendors respond quite fast on my e-mails. It may somethimes take up to a few business days as they are very buy. But they do respond on the e-mails.
In case if you purchased it at WebsiteCM, the best thing to do is post a ticket at their support system.
http://www.websitecm.com/support/index.php

I just checked the website of Cart-Lab again, and when you try to add something to the cart, it says shop closed. It happened before that Cart-Lab's shop closed temporarily. Maybe he just needed a break for a while. And therefore you can just contact the other mod vendors who are reselling cart-lab mods (websitecm and bcse).
Best way to do this is posting a ticket to their support system, instead of just a regular mails. E-mails are somethimes overlooked, tickets in their support system usually not.

We stay up-to-date on orders and support tickets, so if you haven't heard from us there's likely a problem, perhaps with email delivery. Please Private Message me information and I will address for you asap.
