Default Another Contact Form - How to?
I am looking for a module or info on how I can do the following:

I need another contact us form on the site, but with custom fields . It is basically for requesting a custom product price quote, very similiar to contact form, but I need it to be a seperate form so I can link to it.

Any easy way to do this?

Easiest way is to just grab a form from someplace like hotscripts.com
