Editing register template

How do I edit the text, 'Mailing List' at the bottom of this page - http://www.streetortrack.com/register.php?

That is the newsletter template. If you look at customer/main/register.tpl, you'll see the include near the bottom. They are in the modules/News_Management folder I believe.

I found the templates but what do I edit to change the text?

Well, what do you want to edit? The main text is in the 'languages' section, or you can edit it in webmaster mode. The name of the newsletter is the actual name of the newsletter you entered when you added it.

I'm trying to edit the text 'Mailing List' in italics under Mailing List with the check box.

I've searched the languages but I can't find it. In Webmaster mode that text doesn't show up 'green' and isn't editable.

Is that the name of the news you created in News Management?
