Question Removing Items Count on Cat/SubCat landing page
Hi,

I am new to x-cart and love it, what a great cart.

I am trying to remove the items count on category landing pages. It is superfluous and I would rather have the featured products show higher on landing. Is it possible to do that? And how is it done, please?

General Settings/Appearance Options has a checkbox that will turn off the count.

Hi, Balinor,

Thanks for the answer! Now, is there a way to make the subcats link display horizontally? It seems to push the images really low on the screen as there are several subcats. I can't remove any, unfortunately.

There is a nice mod in the Custom Mods forum that displays subcategory icons in a 3 column format.
