Default Changing the Names of the Help Pages
Right now, all the help pages--Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Contact, Password Recovery--show up with the same page title.

What template must be edited to change this so each can have its own, relevant title?

I usually nuke those and replace them with embedded static pages instead. easier for the client to edit.
